Terms and Conditions

Subscription Policy:

Headstation does not schedule a recurring credit card charge in conjunction with the purchasing of credits unless authorised by the customer. Module licences and subscriptions deduct from the Credit Balance pool of your Business within Headstation, not your credit card. No Refunds given for previous credit purchases.

Card Safety:

We use SecurePay for all purposes to manage transactions and invoicing of credits purchased. Your card is charged immediately. Headstation does not store any credit card information. See https://www.securepay.com.au and https://www.securepay.com.au/about/privacy-policy for more information.

Card Statement:

Please note that the merchant name Headstation Australia will appear on your credit card statement as the company charging your card for Headstation services. All charges to your card are in Australia Dollars. Any currency conversion to your native currency is handled by SecurePay and your bank.

Refund Policy

We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the services you asked for. But you can choose to cancel your contract, and receive a refund for unconsumed services, if the service has a major problem. This is when the service a) has a problem that would have stopped someone from purchasing the service if they had known about it, b) is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t be easily fixed within a reasonable time, or c) creates an unsafe situation. Privacy Policy

Headstation collects personal information only for the purpose of verifying a customer logging into and using our products. This information is treated in strict confidence and is only used for the purpose for which it was provided. Headstation does not pass any personal information to any third party for marketing or other purposes.

Headstation provides you with access to correct your own information via your secure customer login on the website. This information is held in a database that is not publicly accessible.

Questions

  • What are Credits?

Credits are the type of currency in Headstation. All transactions, rates and licences are calculated and charged in Credits (cr).

  • How often is my card charged?

You can choose for Headstation to manually charge to purchase credits manually. Alternatively you choose for Headstation to recharge your card periodically at your convenience.

  • What about module charges?

Modules are charged on a credit basis only. For example, a module could cost 100 credits per day which Headstation would automatically deduct from the Credit Balance in your Business Unit. If the Credit Balance was getting low, a Pay Administrator would purchase credits to prevent the module being disabled.
